The customer is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the order delivery date, asking for a Refund, an Item Size Change or one Store Credit to be used for future purchases.

The goods return costs will be charged on the customer, except from appropriately marked promotions.

In occasion of Item/Size Change or Store Credit, please read the last paragraph to learn more about opportunities and promotions reserved to our customers.

If a customer requests a faulty goods return or a shipping mistake return, JUSTITALIANSTYLE.COM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing the return and take charge of postage for the return of the goods at his premises.




- Goods have to be returned to us in one of the specified locations, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date when withdraw intention from the purchase contract was communicated.

- Authorized returns from JUSTITALIANSTYLE.COM have to be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.

- Security seal on returned items has not be cut or removed.

- Articles must not have been washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. In case of footwear, the inner and outer soles must be completely clean and free of scratches. The customer will take care to carry out the test by wearing socks or socks, and only on a soft surface (carpet). If the soles show signs of wear the return will not be accepted.

- Swimwear and underwear clothes (Bikini, Brief, Boxer, etc.) should be tried on over underwear. This items return will be refused and returned to the customer in case the transparent label of hygienic protection is removed, or in case signs of use are evident.

- Every single Clothing item has to be returned with all tags and original accessories (Dust-Bags, Hangers, Garment Covers, Etc.) received along with the order. Footwear, bags and accessories must be returned along with their original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and / or altered, or used as a single outer packaging .

The original manufacturer packaging must be intact (this includes all the labels, paper and accessory in the package) so that the return is accepted. So please do not put on tape, write or spoil the original product packaging.

- Returns must be packaged properly to avoid damages during the transport. Every single article must always have been put into a suitably sealed cardboard box. JUSTITALIANSTYLE.COM is not responsible for items transport problems: if they were to be damaged, the return cannot be accepted.




To exercise the right of return, the customer is obliged to inform Just Italian Style company of his decision to terminate the contract , within 14 (fourteen) days from the goods delivery date, by sending an e-mail to: returns@justitalianstyle.com , or by clicking on the icon of Return, in personal Account, in the settings "My Orders."

The customer has to communicate the items codes he wants to return and specify his request: Change Item/Size, Refund or Store Credit. 

Upon receipt of the request for withdrawal, JUSTITALIANSTYLE.COM will send an email confirmation containing a Return Authorization number (R.A.N.), address and instructions to be respected in order to return the goods.

We recommend to use a safe delivery, provided with Tracking Number. The package containing the return, at the customer own risk, thus JUSTITALIANSTYLE.COM is not responsible for any loss, damage or delay regarding delivery to our warehouse.

JUSTITALIANSTYLE.COM submits to inspection every single returned item and reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or those ones that do not comply with all the conditions required and listed in the previous paragraph. 

In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender.

Any acceptance of such otherwise made will incur a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.




If returned items are accepted, the customer will receive a confirmation email from JUSTITALIANSTYLE.COM customer care.


- IF A CUSTOMER REQUIRES A REFUND, we will refund all payments made, within 3 days from the effective delivery of returned products. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used by the customer and by bank transfer in the case of COD. The retransfers may be visible on the customer's Bank Account statement according to the schedule of your banking company. These timelines do not dependent on JUSTITALIANSTYLE.COM


- IF A CUSTOMER REQUIRES AN ITEM/SIZE CHANGE as return compensation, he will receive the items by Free Shipping for amounts over or equal to 80 Euro in Italy and for amounts over or equal to 160 Euros in other countries of the European Community. In addition, if the customer requires an Item/Size change, only for items delivered in Italy, for amounts over or equal to 150 Euro, JUSTITALIANSTYLE.COM will provide, as an additional service, to free collection for return through its carrier agreement.

Item/Size change is allowed only for orders placed in Italy and EU countries.

Exchange requests on products whose amount is less than the above, will not be accepted and the customer will be refunded for the returned item amount and will have to place a new order to purchase the desired product.
It is allowed only one Free Item/Size change.


- IF THE CUSTOMER REQUIRES A STORE CREDIT as return compensation, JUSTITALIANSTYLE.COM will reserve the right to convert the voucher into a partial refund if not used within the fiscal year of reference.


As concerns Extra EU return orders, the shipping costs for products return and other relevant amounts, such as local taxes, customs duties, import and/or customs clearance are borne by the customer and will be deducted from the Store Credit/Final Refund. Therefore, JUSTITALIANSTYLE.COM recommends Extra Ue countries return shippings through International Circuit EMS, in order to apply the discipline of Return In Deductible Duties of goods and minimize customs expenses.
